Can I return my MutedPlate if I change my mind?
Due to the sensitive nature of the product’s components, we do not accept returns after shipping. Once an order is placed, you have a 12-hour window to cancel and receive a refund. Please note that the refunded amount will exclude non-refundable payment provider and shop processing fees, which total approximately 5.7% of the order value. After the 12-hour window or once the item has shipped, all sales are final. This policy helps us maintain product integrity and prevent potential damage from user mishandling.
How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly through the carrier’s tracking system. This way, you’ll always know where your order is and when to expect delivery.
How long does shipping take within the US, and do you ship internationally?
