Refund policy
At MutedPlate, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. However, due to the nature of our products and their sensitive components, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy outlined below.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Typically, this means you have a window of 12 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
- If you wish to cancel your order within this 12-hour period, please contact us immediately at info@mutedplate.com with your order details.
- Please note: Your refund will exclude non-refundable fees charged by our payment provider and shop platform (approximately 5.7% of the order total), which we incur regardless of cancellation.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No Refunds or Returns:
- After the 12-hour cancellation period, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once the product has been shipped.
- This policy is due to the sensitive and intricate nature of our products, which can be easily damaged through improper handling or installation.
